| Although Central Cash & Carry is open to the public and requires no memberships, we do ask that
commercial customers purchasing products tax exempt to complete and fax, mail, or present
in person the following form. You will then receive, or have waiting at our service counter, your personalized
Central Cash & Carry/Washington Square Distributors identification card. This is all the
identification you'll need to purchase tax exempt items (items used for direct resale or as packaging
on another product used for resale). Items used for store or restaurant maintenance (for example,
cleaning supplies) are subject to sales tax.
